During the projects, we will often meet different problems when planting the steel bars. For example, the drilling position is not accurate, or the quality of the anchoring adhesive can not meet the requirements and so on. So it will be unqualified in the later drawing test. As a result, we must strictly control the construction technology and process of planting steel bar. We should enhance the inspection and acceptance of the anchoring quality to ensure the project quality of chemically planted bar in the process of reinforcement and reconstruction.
First of all, in the step of the measurement, many people do not follow the drawings. They do directly according to their own experience. It is easy to cause the inaccuracy of the drilling location. We should mark the drilling position of the anchorage point of steel bars clearly and accurately to avoid errors.
Secondly, when drilling the holes, we should have clear requirements about the holes diameter and holes depth. The drilling position can be adjusted appropriately. But the holes of planting bars should be distributed in the inside of the stirrup or the inside of the distribution steel. Generally speaking, the diameter of drilling holes should be 2 ~ 10mm bigger than the planted steel bars. After the holes being formed, they need cleaning. We should clear up the dust around them. This work must be meticulous. We should not be sloppy. Or it will be not conducive to the later reinforcement effects. Finally, the most important point is to inject the adhesive and plant the steel bars.
In general, the depth of injecting the adhesive is 2/3 of the depth of the holes. And then we slowly plant the well-prepared steel bars into the hole, rotating them slowly to let them reach the location of holes bottom. The most important thing is to observe if there is structural adhesive spilling in the holes after planting the steel bars. We shouldn’t cause the hidden dangers for the structures because of saving the materials.
