Hot-galvanizing is also called hot-dip galvanizing, which is an effecient corrosion resistance approved for metal structural equipments for all sorts of industries. With melted zinc galvanizing about 500℃, immersing the steel parts into it, then zinc coating will be formed on the surface of the steel part. In this case, the steel part abounds in good performance in corrosion resistance.
In general, the thickness of electrogalvanizing zinc coating is 5~15 μm, and that of hot-galvanizing zinc coating is 35~200μm. Hot-galvanizing abounds in high performance in covering power. For its compact zinc coating, there is no organic matter on the surface of steel part.
The corrosion resistant property of hot-galvanizing is much higher than cold-galvanizing(also called electrogalvanizing). Hot-galvanizing product won't get rusty in several years while cold-galvanizing will get rusty within three months. Surface galvanization is made in hot-dipping condition, in this case, the zinc coating abounds in high cohesion and is hardly to fall off. Even though it will get rusty sometimes, hot-galvanizing can meet technical requirements and sanitary requirements for a long time.
Hot-galvanizing technology is one of three surface treatments for NJMKT anchors. All of them have excellent performance in corrosion resistance and high quality. Wanner know more details, please visit here.
