There are many types of power plants today, and today we will give examples of common ones. The main body of a power station is a reinforced concrete frame structure, and the infill wall is MU10 clay perforated brick (KP1 type), and M5 mixed mortar is built. The results of the steel bar drawing test show that when the three ribs reach the design bearing capacity, the dial gauge shows no relative displacement between the steel bar and the concrete. The drawing is continued, and the steel bars are pulled off. There is no looseness at the root of the planting bar. Party A and the supervisory party are satisfied with the results of the planting bar test, and the steel bars can reach the yield without being pulled out. All of the anchored steel bars of the entire project is constructed by the structural planting bar adhesive method.
Practice has proved that the planting bar is operated according to the corresponding regulations, and the steel bar is placed in the concrete to a specified depth, which can ensure that the steel bar is stretched to yield without being pulled out. The design strength of the 6.5mm diameter steel bar is 210N/mm2, and the test yield point is 330～525MPa, mostly for the base material to be broken. The embedded position of the planting bar is accurate, and does not damage the column and wall concrete. The anchor pulling effect is better than the traditional construction method and the construction quality is easy to ensure.
