Chemical anchor bolts have been widely used in various construction fields due to their quick installation, strong bonding force and excellent anchoring performance. (1) Pre-buried hole depth and aperture
The depth and aperture of the chemical anchor plug hole should be determined according to the bolt specifications. According to the design requirements, the specifications of the anchor bolts are selected, and the depth and aperture of the pre-buried holes are determined according to the anchor bolt specifications. Excessive or too small apertures and insufficient depth can affect the anchoring force of the anchor.
(2) Pre-buried hole inclination
When drilling holes in the shield on the top of the tunnels, the inclination should meet the design requirements. If the inclination is too large, the anchor bolt will be tilted, and the direction of the anchor bolt will change, which will affect the bearing capacity of the anchor bolt.
(3) Pre-buried hole cleanliness
After the embedded holes are laid, use a small blowing device to blow the dust at the bottom of the hole, clean the hole wall with a hard brush, and then purify to meet the cleanliness requirements. If the environment is damp and yon won’t install the anchor bolt immediately as soon as the holes are drilled, take moisture-proof measures for the pre-buried holes, and seal the holes with cotton thread to prevent moisture from entering the hole.
(4) Inspection of anchor bolts and anchoring agents
Chemical anchor bolts shall be free of quality defects such as rust and bending deformation. The surface of the anchor bolt thread shall be clean and dry, free of oil, paint and other liquid or solid deposits that affect the installation quality. The mounting reference line on the anchor should be clearly visible.
The anchoring agent consists of a granular resin, quartz sand and a viscous liquid curing agent. Before using it, check whether the anchoring agent roll is damaged, whether the liquid curing agent is lost or not, and solidification.
