Description(Undercut anchors concrete, concrete anchors, concrete fixings anchor bolts, undercut anchors)
● High load-bearing capacity, excellent properties of anti-fatigue, anti-seismic, safety and reliability
● No expansion stress allows for small edge distance and spacing installation fixing
● Suitable for special environment where embedded rebars and chemical anchors cannot be used
● Different materials according to different environment, a full line of specification, to maximize its own working property to better satisfy customers’ requirements
● With special reaming drill bit for secondary drilling operation, fast and easy to install
Characteristics(Undercut anchors concrete, concrete anchors, concrete fixings anchor bolts, undercut anchors)
● Suitable for the highest safety requirement of cracked concrete, excellent resistance of seismic and impact load
● High performance of load-bearing capacity, the effectiveness of anchorage is similar to pre-embedded part
● The built-in mechanical key lock and special reaming drill bit make the anchor better keying effect; it has less torque load during anchorage installation
● The opened lock of the anchor holds the wall of drilled hole, forming the keying effect and providing superior load-carrying capacity to finish the anchorage.

Installation Guide (Undercut anchors concrete, concrete anchors, concrete fixings anchor bolts, undercut anchors)
Pre-Set type (Undercut anchors concrete, concrete anchors, concrete fixings anchor bolts, undercut anchors)
● Drill the hole to proper depth and diameter per specifications using ordinary impact drill.
● Blow the hole clean using manual/electric air pump.
● Use special reaming drill bit for secondary drilling operation and then blow the hole clean using manual/electric air pump.
● Before installation, firstly finger-tighten the anchor with its all components to ensure the anchor is tightened. Then place the anchor into the drilled hole and use a hammer and setting tool to drive the anchor until the washer and nut are tight against the surface of the base material.
● Tighten the nut using torque wrench.
● Remove the nut and install the plate fixture, then re-tighten the nut and washer over the fixture using torque wrench to required installation torque.
Through-Set type (Undercut anchors concrete, concrete anchors, concrete fixings anchor bolts, undercut anchors)
The bottom of the threaded rod should be flush with the bottom of the cone.
● Then place the anchor through the fixture and use a hammer and setting tool to drive the anchor into the drilled hole until the washer and nut are tight against the surface of the fixture.
● Tighten the nut using torque wrench and tighten the nut to the required installation torque. Then the installation is finished.
