First of all, just mentioned, the proportion of carbon fiber adhesive materials must be strict. When mixing the materials, it is strictly required to prepare the materials according to the mix proportion in order to ensure maximum viscosity. The epoxy resin will be solidified more slowly under the low temperature. Generally we only choose to construct under the temperature from 15℃ to 28℃. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, heavy rain or relative humidity greater than 95%, it is advised to choose Mankate low-temperature special glue. Secondly, keeping molding needs pressure. When constructing, most of the projects are carried out at the bottom of the bridge. If the pressure is not enough when molding, it will cause the adhesive between the concrete is not tight enough, which results in the materials of the reinforcement layer falling off. This will affect the reinforcement effects. Finally, we need to control the pasting well. It is required to smear the adhesive evenly to avoid forming cavity or degumming. We should force to squeeze the existed bubbles. Otherwise, it will affect the reinforcement effects of the concrete structure. If some parts are bonded badly, it will cause the stress concentration in the use of concrete structure, which damages the concrete structure.
